EMT – Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic:

Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as a Paramedic by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support); current certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level.

EMT – Advanced:

Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as an EMT-Advanced by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level; current certification in EVDT (Emergency Vehicle Driver Training); acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

EMT – Basic:

Requirements include, but are not limited to, current licensure as an EMT-Basic by the State of Oklahoma; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level; current certification in EVDT (Emergency Vehicle Driver Training); acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

Certified Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD):

Requirements include current Emergency Medical Dispatch (EMD) certification from the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch prior to or within the first 3 months of employment; current certification in CPR at the healthcare provider or professional rescuer level.
